Sakyamuni Buddha, (c. 563 BCE – c. 483 BCE), also known as Siddhartha Gautama, or simply the Buddha, after the title of Buddha, was an ascetic (śramaṇa) and sage, on whose teachings Buddhism was founded. He is believed to have lived and taught mostly in the eastern part of ancient India sometime between the sixth and fourth centuries BCE.
Sakyamuni Buddha Vihar (Buddhist Revival Charitable Trust) is Religious Charitable Trust, aimed to preserve and restore original Buddhism in its pure form as taught by Lord Sakyamuni Buddha, though this we can promote harmony, justice, equality, fraternity and freedom for mankind. It is legally registered as Public Charitable Trust on August 1, 2014.
Restoring the Original Buddhism through teaching, understanding and practices and transforming the words of Lord Buddha in to action for social enrichment and social equality.
To ensure, social equality, love, harmony and just society also vision to be named among the most pioneering, innovative, community-friendly and Empowered Non Governmental Organization in the world; and learn to live together in the diversified world, know new and emerging knowledge through holistic education, train the people to face interpersonal problems and more complicated tasks in existing society and train individuals to be more responsible, independent and creative for the well-being of the human society and living being in the globe.

To restore original Buddhism, in its pure form as taught by Lord Buddha, in India, in order to promote harmony, justice, equality, fraternity and freedom for mankind.
To uplift the weaker sections of the society in rural and urban areas, through comprehensive and integrated development programmes.
To work with Buddhist organizations in India and other countries to pursue the teaching of Lord Buddha on the long term sustainable basis.
To construct Vihar, Monastry and meditation centre, training ventres for Monks,Nuns, Upasakas and Upasaki and to run, manage and maintain the same and to take steps to provide for well being of Society.
To sensitize and empower weaker sections and women through social awareness, and capacity building
To develop and implement the community based health care programmes and provide medical relief to the poor, distressed, mentally and physically challenged.
To undertake basic research programmes on problems related to development of poor and marginalized sections, and bring in peace-building measures.
To enhance income levels of women and unemployed youths through income generation program, and facilitate marketing.
To encourage the youth groups to take initiatives on their own for the development of their community.
The governing body consists of 5 Trustees and 5 Excutive Directors who are working dedicatedly towards the achievement of our mission and passionate to contribute their effort in developmental sector.
